Everything was lovely, magnificent location right by the cliffs as well as the town centre, really lovely experience. The staff were all really helpful, which was unquestionably a plus.

The breakfast was rich with tea & coffee and a toaster, and the facilities were very good. The hotel's location was good and fab, near Swanage for a family wedding at the Town Hall which was easily walkable from 

Brand-new, well laid out room with a functional bathroom and shower facilities and bath sheets.

Its rooms are good standard with a shower, kettle plus TV. The price is just right - £ 108.

The hotel had an incredible and stunning position, in a key store. The staff were accommodating and affable all the time.

The bed was very comfy and the room was good sized and airy. The service was good, including a rich breakfast with tea & coffee and tea facilities.

Everything was fine, and it had free wi-fi. Booked the hotel for its lovely location so close to beach and town, and centre of town, the town beach, and restaurants.

The location of the hotel was incredible and stunning, close to the centre. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby The Black Swan Inn. We truly enjoyed rooms with basic facilities.

The room we had was en suite and nicely decorated, came with good shower.

Enjoyed our rooms with en-suite in what looked like a closet. The location of the hotel was central, not far from the beach, the town centre and the steam train station, and walking distance for most to the beach. 

This hotel was a great value for the price. The attention to detail was evident in the nicely decorated and clean rooms. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcomed during our stay. The location in the center of Swanage 

The room was spotless and airy with a lovely bed and a shower and bath sheets in the bathroom. The decor here was convenient.
